Lovely room in New Cross

I'm moving out of my room in this lovely New Cross house and looking for someone to replace me at the end of November. You'll be taking on my contract which runs until February 2020 with the opportunity to extend.
The house is on the edge of a park, very close to both New Cross (7 min walk) and New Cross Gate (5 min walk) with access to London Bridge in only 5 mins by train. Supermarkets/pubs and amenities are just few mins walking distance.
The house comes with a shared living room with a new TV, a nice and large shared kitchen, a shower room, which is just outside the bedroom and another big bathroom upstairs which can also be used.
The room is fully furnished with a new double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. It has a large bright window looking out to the garden. There is also a foldable bike rack on the wall if you need!
You'll be living with 3 female professionals all of whom are lovely to live with: Lucy 24 (works in Television production), Charlotte 25 (works in recruitment) and Amanda 28 (works for the NHS).
The house is friendly and although everyone has a busy life we also like to watch TV of a night and go for the odd pint at the pub together.
The rent is £520 per month, the deposit is £520 which will be kept in a deposit protection scheme. Bills come to around £80 per month.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and clean. Give me a shout with a bit about yourself if you think you'd suit the house and want to come for a visit!
