Lovely room 5 minute walk from goldsmiths uni!

Hi, looking for someone to take over my room in Newcross, lovely three-story house just a five minute walk from uni, just down from the fat walrus pub. The house is also across the road from a 24hour costcutter. The room is on the ground floor and comes furnished, desk, bed, storage etc. There's currently five girls living in the house 4 from goldsmiths and one UAL student all lovely! The house is sociable but everyone also respects each others and are courteous towards noise etc. closest overground is New cross, and about seven minute walk.

Rent is £700pm however due to the current situation it has been reduced to £450 for three months and the deficit can be paid at the end of the tenancy in September via a payment plan. Bills are about £40-£48 a month and a deposit of £646 is needed and a UK guarantor.

Kitchen and dining room is all open plan which is lower ground and opens on to a huge backgarden and every floor has two rooms and a toilet, so you'll only share with one other person.

looking for someone to move in ASAP but really anytime from now can be negotiated.
