- New Cross Gate Station is 6 minute walk also offering overland to London Bridge and Overground to Highbury & Islington.
- Bus stop is a 30 second walk from the flat, and offers no. 21 (via old kent road, London Bridge, Moortgate all the way to Shoreditch and Newington Green), 172 to St Paul’s (via Old Kent Road and Waterloo), 171 to Holborn (via Old Kent Road and Waterloo), 436 to Westminster.
- Nightbuses are available and stop within a 20 second walk from the flat: no. 21, 136. The 343 also runs 24 hours and stops at New Cross Gate station.

- Telegraph Hill is a 10 minute walk and offers 2 great parks with views of the City and Canary Wharf, 2 free tennis courts and a skate park.
- Brockley Farmer's Market is open from 10am – 2pm every Saturday a 5 minute walk from the flat. This market has been rated by Time Out as one of the best in London.
- Several restaurants and bars within
a couple of minutes walk. The benefits of living near Goldsmiths university is a lot of the places have student prices, with full English breakfasts for less than £4! Best pubs in the area are the Royal Albert, Rose Inn, Fat Walrus and New Cross House (this one has an amazing beer garden with a treehouse). Great places to eat include all of those pubs, plus Meze Mangal (Turkish), and several Indian restaurants to choose from down the road at Deptford Market Yard
- There's a Sainsburys Local and Costcutter both a 1-2 minute walk from the flat, a Tesco Metro a 3 minute walk away and a big Sainsburys at New Cross Gate (a 6 minute walk away).

The other 2 flats in the building are occupied by nice, friendly young professionals (owners, not tenants), and as this is a fairly chilled building it would not suit someone who wants to host house parties during the week.

The rent for the whole apartment is £1450 per month which does not include any utilities.

FYI, at the moment electricity and gas spend is at £16 per person per month (£32 per month in total), Water is £15.50 per person (£31 in total) and council tax is £103 per month.

Deposit will be held with a protection scheme and will be a months rent, at £1450 in total. Please discuss with me if you need flexibility for when this is paid.

I have deliberately kept the rent as low as possible (it's £100 a month cheaper than other flats in New Cross and Brockley) as I really just want someone who will look after the place and treat it like home! I have been living here for 6 years and am moving a few streets away so will be around at short notice if you need anything.
