Single room in friendly house

Unfortunately I am having leave this amazing house and 3 lovely housemates as I am starting a job elsewhere. The house features a massive garden and a decent sized living room. You’ll be sharing with 3 Goldsmiths students, one part time and 2 full time, aged 21-22. Looking for a student or young professional to join this house. Current housemates are sociable and a lot of fun but also respect space and communal areas by staying clean and tidy and quiet when needed. About a 10 minute walk to Brockley and New Cross stations, 15 to New Cross Gate. Can be at London Bridge in less than 20 minutes (including walk). The contract is until the 13th September 2021 and unfortunately short term let’s cannot be considered. Please message for more information!
