Small but wholesome double room going in New Cross from the 16th of August if anyone is interested

- VERY cheap, big south-facing window so bright & sunny, has its own bathroom (!) and lots of storage in the hall. Wooden floor!
- Homely & bright kitchen, whole flat is ~tidy vibes~
- Literal 8min walk to Deptford High Street, 5 mins to both New Cross & New Cross Gate stations, 30 min walk to Peckham and Greenwich
- 30secs to wee Sainsb, 4 mins to Iceland, 10 mins to Asda, 25 mins to Lidl - but it's through a pedestrian route so feels like 10 :')
- Near a bunch of parks for all your lockdown needs: Fordham park is 4/5 mins away, Telegraph Hill 20 mins, Hilly Fields & Deptford park 25 mins, Greenwich Park 35 mins
- 1 minute walk to 2 really nice pubs
- The flat is on 2 floors and on the 2nd floor, so accessibility is not good unfortunately :(
Just moving out to get my own place.
I have been living here for almost a year and I can assure you that the flat is just good vibes! A cat is also living with us so if you are not cat friendly please skip it!
