- less than 15 mins from the Shoreditch High Street/Brick Lane, one station way from the London Bridge station and 10 min only from Cannon Street Station (there is the Bank Station).

The Space

THE HOUSE
It's a healthy, warm and welcoming house in a wery nice area, near all what you need to Hi live and enjoy London.

All the furniture of the house are new, what is very important and rare in London, especially in the case of beds and mattresses.

YOUR ROOM
The room is a lovely double room, very good organised, with new suitable furniture.

there is a bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk with chair, and if you need something more that normally is used in a room, just let me know and I will provide.

THE KITCHEN
to share is a nice kitchen, what, as well as all the rest of the house, has recently been completely renovated, so all the furniture are new, such large fridge, cabinets, oven, cooker, table, etc. everything can be shared.

BATHROOM
We have to share the new bathroom.

Washing machine and dryer are there too.

INTERACTION WITH HOUSEMATES

In this house the most important thing is to have a space of peace, with good atmosphere and flowing energy. because that I look for a person who like to interact with different types of people and to understand that the energies are very important for the welfare physical and mental of each of us.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Diversity is an importate point of this area, but it is at the same time a area of students, very close to the Goldsmiths University of London - so you have a lot of attractions typical of these areas, such as bars, pubs, restaurants, etc.

but also there is a quiet residential too, with many supermarkets, markets, shops etc.

Besides that is close to centre, have nice parks, libraries, etc...
