It is a furnished ground floor flat with central heating, kitchen, bathroom and amazing view at London.
It's situated less than 5 minutes walk to New Cross station (zone 2).
Ideally we are looking for long term occupants. There is minimum stay - 6 months, you can stay as much as you wish. But there should be two weeks notice before the leaving date.
