I’m Alice and me and my boyfriend Giovanni have found a gorgeous flat in New Cross and we’re looking for another person/couple to buddy up! It has an open plan kitchen with dishwasher, integrated microwave and all the appliances, two double bedrooms with built in wardrobe, one en suite and the other one with the bigger bathroom (which would be exclusively for that room) right out the room’s door.
There’s a balcony, loads of natural light, underfloor heating, no carpets,3 cabinets for extra storage, washing machine and bike storage on the lower ground floor.
It’s 1590£ for the whole flat and considering location (8 minutes walk from New Cross Gate overground station or loads of buses stopping almost in front of the building) and finishing (it was fully refurbished 2 years ago) it’s absolutely amazing! Bills are excluded and around 200/250£ for the whole flat. One year contract.
