Modern room in a beautiful flat

Hi there! :) We are looking for a flatmate to join us in a modern flat in New Cross.

We’re both in our late twenties and sociable although also appreciate space :) Sorcha works in TV production and Kasia is a teacher. We’re looking for someone who is after a home rather than just a house :)

We have a modern kitchen and a living room with a balcony, as well as a storage room. One room is ensuite, so you’d be only sharing the bathroom (spacious and equipped with a bathtub/shower and underfloor heating) with one other person.

You can see the Shard and others through the bedroom window which make for a pretty cool view at night yet it’s still very quiet and peaceful, overlooking a school and a park directly.

Located between New Cross Gate (overground, 4 mins away) and New Cross (trains, 7 mins). 10 mins on the train from London Bridge and convenient for changing to Jubilee in Canada Water. An on-site office dealing with maintenance etc. Off-licence 2 mins away, big Sainsbury’s a 7-minute walk. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and parks nearby.

The rent is £717 plus bills. Available now but flexible.
