The spacious living room has a comfy corner sofa, piano, and wall mounted 50 inch smart TV. There is a communal dining area, kitchen, and spacious garden with lawn, rose bush, patio and BBQ. There is driveway and on-street parking.

House Mates:

We are both 28, female, non-smokers. I (Phoebe) am a musician and composer who enjoys dancing. I work from home 4 days a week but mainly use headphones. I'd be happy to teach you piano!
Stef is a psychologist working for a Behavioural Insights Company, also mainly working from home at the moment. We are both friendly and considerate, we enjoy cooking, TV serieses, and playing badminton at our favourite spot just 3 mins walk away (we have a portable net)

We have a family feel in the house so would love to find a like-minded individual we have something in common with.

Requirements:

One month’s rent plus deposit. Reference from previous landlord. Either evidence of employment/income source or bank reference.
