Charming Room in New Cross Gate

Our dear housemate is leaving her charming and very spacious room overlooking a quiet street in New Cross Gate to move back to Berlin.
The room has plenty of space so as the house that is clean, homely, peaceful and full of natural light. Very conveniently located with great transport links, 7 min walk from New Cross Gate Overground station.
There is a lovely well-equipped kitchen with plants that leads to our luscious green garden and a built roof to keep bikes.
The garden and the living room are wonderful places to rest, get ideas, do yoga, or have meals with birdsongs and sun.
You will be sharing the house with creative professionals in their early 30's. We sometimes have dinners together or go for a spontaneous sunset watching at the Telegraph Hill.

Deposit: £663
Bills land on around 60 per month, but the number fluctuates according to season.
Move-in date: 26th of July.

Whether the room shall be left furnished or unfurnished can be discussed.
