Looking for lodger - New Cross Gate

Built in wardrobe on the right, and a little bit more storage in the cupboard by the door.

I'm looking for someone who wants to lodge in New Cross Gate. It's a nice, ground-floor flat with a shared modern kitchen and a nice living room in a quiet cul de sac around 10 minutes walk from New Cross Gate station.

The room is a single with a desk for working and a large, built-in storage/wardrobe in the wall. If the furniture setup doesn't work for you, we can always move things around. The rent includes council tax (Band C), internet, insurance, and water, with electricity split between us each month.

There are no weird landlord rules. You'll have full access to every part of the flat for the duration of your stay, and guests are welcome.

I'm a working professional who has a lot of geeky hobbies, hosts friends for dinner and spends a lot of evenings out and about doing things. I'm mainly looking for a lodger so there's someone to chat with when I'm home, so I'm looking for someone I click with. Tell me a bit about yourself if you're interested in having the room. I will probably end up cooking for you a bit :')

Deposit would be one months rent in advance, and very happy to be flexible with how long you plan to stay.
