En suite bedroom in modern flat

Hi there,

After living on my own for 2 years, I have decided to share this modern and spacious flat with another person (mostly to share the rent and save money).

The living room (+ kitchen) is massive and very bright as the wall facing the balcony is basically one big window.
The en suite bedroom on rent is decent size and has a double bed, an in-built wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

There are also communal terraces where you can enjoy a dramatic (I tell you!) view of South London.

The flat is close to New Cross Gate overground station, from where you can easily get to the Jubilee Line (Canada Water, 2 stops - perfect if you work in Canary Wharf) or all the way to Highbury and Islington or London Bridge (10 minutes). Regular buses run to Elephant & Castle which is the closest Tube station.

You will be living with me - my name is Guido, I am Italian and I am gay. I work in the Telco industry as a Business Analysis Manager and I like spending time doing yoga daily (Ashtanga mainly, but I have just started), cooking and being out and about with friends. I also happen to travel quite a lot both in the UK or to go back home in Italy.

I am looking for a flatmate who is tidy, clean, easy-going and respectful (and gay-friendly, of course) who enjoys a chat now and then or a glass of wine after a long day at work. I am not a party animal, but I like to have people round for dinner or to stay over (especially if they are visiting from outside London).

Bills are not included, but they are about £100.

The flat is managed by an agency and the contract renewal fee is £75. There is no deposit or agency fees as I have paid them already when I moved in (happy days!).
