Looking for a central London bolthole for the summer?
Look no further; I have a huge double room with private ensuite available during July and August in a 3 bedroom split level flat in the heart of New Cross Gate. Inclusive of all bills.
The flat is in a secure purpose built block, with a shared roof terrace and a four minute walk from New Cross Gate station. Serviced by mainland trains and the overground means you can be in London Bridge in 5mins, Shoreditch in 10, Canary Wharf in 15 and central London in 25mins.
New Cross Gate itself is a great area with tonnes of great pubs, cafes and has a cool arts scene with Goldsmiths Uni on the doorstep.
New Cross is also sandwiched between the galleries and bars of Peckham to the west and the beauty of old maritime Greenwich, the Thames and its green spaces to the east. So plenty going on.
The room is furnished with a double bed only. You will need to provide your own bed linen, pillows and duvet.
There's an open plan kitchen living room with a breakfast bar and all the usual kitchen utensils, appliances; fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The open plan front room has a large flatscreen TV and a big comfy three seater sofa.
