I have a great double room for renting with En-suit. The room is in 3 storeys house, on the top floor. In the house are also a kitchen with dining space, living room and WC on the ground floor.
At the house are at the moment two other tenants, two men (1 in each room).
All furniture on the pictures are included. Additionally, the En-suit is a proper bathroom with a bath, a toilet, and a basin.
The house is 3 min walk from New Southgate Station (direction King Cross and Moorgate).
The provided rent is without bills. We rented the whole property and this is my share. The bills are more-less as below:
Broadband - £17.00 (monthly)
Tax - £64.00 (monthly)
Utilities - about £70.00 (monthly)

Sadly I need to move out so we're looking for a nice person (a couple is a subject to the landlord's decision) who would be willing to move in. The people who are currently living at the house are very friendly. We spent a great time together.
