There is a large TV which can be kept or removed as requested. Available now - please not we will not consider couples as we aim to keep the occupancy low.
Deposit can be negotiable to the right person.

Single Bedroom :£500 , although small is a good size , it has a built in wardrobe and a set of drawers .Can accommodate a desk if need be. Available now

The bus stop is opposite the house , we are situated 10 mins on the bus to Southgate or Arnos Grove & New Southgate Stations DHL and Picadilly line which is 35 mins from Central. There are 3 parks within walking distance.
Tescos Express is 10 mins away.

This is our family house which has 1 Kitchen , 1 bathroom and small toilet downstairs and living room with a big garden.
Parking available off street.

Male and Female couple , we work for local authority and NHS/ PHE.
We are sociable but will allow ppl’s own space so we are looking for adult professionals. We both work at home at times or from offices.
