We have a small double bedroom in our lovely modern house 7 minutes walk from Arnos Grove Tube Station. The room is on the 2nd floor and bathroom is shared with 1 other tenant.

The house is well-connected only 3 minutes walk from New Southgate train station. Old Street Station is only 23 mins away by train and Kings Cross station is 20 mins by tube. Co -Op and Sainsburys are 5 mins walk away.

The house was a brand new build and show home 5 years ago and has been really well maintained. The landlord has been helpful whenever we needed it.
