Spacious Double Room With Bathroom

All amenities included such as bedding, cushions, desk/dressing table with stool chest of drawers, alarm clock, shelf space, cupboard space, mirror, sunlight roof and under bed space and also beautifully furnished. All furniture is brand new.

Our house is located in a very central area and is easy/straightforward to get to almost anywhere in London. We have a bus stop 2 minutes away that goes from Ilford all the way to Canning Town. If you walk 3-4 minutes up to the main road you’ll find buses that can take you anywhere from Stratford to Oxford Circus, passing Whitechapel. You can also go in the opposite direction to Ilford or Romford.

Ilford Station is a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute bus journey and Manor Park station is a 15 minute walk. Getting to Stratford Station is a 15/20 minute bus journey depending on traffic. There are loads of shopping facilities around. A 24 hour Turkish grocery on the main road about a 5 minute walk away. There’s a local Tesco on the main road a bit further down (opposite Fifth Avenue) and a huge Sainsbury’s in Ilford about 5 mins on the bus or alternatively they have free parking. Our house is just off the North Circular if you drive so there’s no problem at all getting out of London.

(We own a garage but the door is a bit fiddly so may be better to get a permit once you move in, if you own a car.)

We live in a very friendly neighbourhood, we all look out for each other and it’s usually quiet.

Preferably we would like a female to live with us. We would also prefer a professional. NOTE: The bathroom is not an en-suite however it’s on the same floor at the bedroom so it’ll mostly be yours to use.)
