A lovely bright double room in a cute house, just by Newington Green. The room comes unfurnished.

The house is fairly spacious, re-modernised in 2017 and is super sunny and bright. We have all the usual mod-cons including washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped big kitchen, large living room and a beaut sunny
garden. Tons of storage too - there's even a little shed. My plants have thrived whilst being here because the room gets so much light due to the 5 windows in the room!

Great location in Newington Green, quiet road and lovely neighbours. Lots of buses within 5 min walk to all over London. Dalston Kingsland/Junction and Canonbury overground are also only 5-10 min walk. Highbury and Islington is only a 20 minute walk too. Great cafes, restaurants and pubs dotted all around (for when they open again!)

You'll be sharing with two professionals, one male and one female mid 20's - mid 30's working in fashion and logistics. When not in lockdown, the house is quiet and chilled in the week. Weekends are spent doing all the usual stuff that living in East London has to offer but it's certainly not a party house. These days we prefer to take that elsewhere! Occasionally we share the odd dinner / wine but all have our own lives.

Rent is £790pcm. Deposit is £790. Estimated bills cost £120 a month which includes a cleaner. The landlady is really great and knows us well! She’s super responsive and helpful if we need her.
