We have a large top floor flat with 2 double rooms available in the lovely Newington Green.

The flat itself is very spacious with a large living room / dining room, separate kitchen, large bathroom, and extra storage cupboards.
It is very secure with a gated entry to a courtyard, a separate door to the building (shared with only two other flats) which operate with fobs.

About the bedrooms:

Bedroom 1
This room is available first, ideally 1st July but we can be flexible around this.
The room has a built in wardrobe and there will also be a bed and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2
This room is available from 21st July.
It also has a very large built in wardrobe but the rest is unfurnished.

The flat is in a fab location - 4 mins walk to various buses - only 30 mins to anywhere central. 7 mins walk to overground at Dalston Kingsland, Canonbury or Dalston Junction.
Just up the road you have Stoke Newington with its mass of restaurants and pubs, and around the corner Dalston, with a large Sainsburys, new M&S Food Hall, bars and places to dance the night away! Newington green is a 2 minute walk, and if you’d like a larger green space Clissold park is 10 minute walk.

I'm moving out due to buying a place of my own, have loved living here for nearly 2 years.

Rent - £802 pcm.
Bills approx. £90 per person (Electricity, TV licence and council tax)

What you’d need to move in: Deposit £1,850, and one month's rent upfront £1,603.33.
