Myself (female 39) and my friend (male 32) are currently looking for 1 or 2 people to go into a longterm house share with around the area of Newington Green/Stoke Newington. We have a move date of 1st December, but can be flexible for any date after that.
What we are looking for in a flatmate is someone mature who really wants a longterm home, and somewhere to be proud of. Someone in full-time employment and who will be able to provide references as we may be going through an agency.
We have yet to start to look for a place but are hoping to find a person that can look with us, so we all find a home together.
Joe and I (also Jo), are both hard-working and creative individuals, Joe is a professional photographer, and I manage a restaurant in the area of Newington Green. We are openminded, friendly people and are really excited about moving in together, and moving to the area. We hope you will be too!
