WHO WE ARE
We are a married couple, both professionals in our thirties. I work as a lawyer in the City. My wife is a consultant. We are generally busy, but enjoy quiet evenings at home. We have a 10-month-old kitten who is very friendly and sociable.

LOCATION
Our flat is located on a quiet street in Newington Green which is on the border between Islington and Hackney. There are numerous (open) shops and take-aways close by.

The area is well connected with the CIty and the West End by bus (the nearest stop is approx. 5 minutes' walk) and the Overground (the nearest station is Canonbury, approx. 10 minutes' walk). Highbury & Islington tube station is further afield (approx. 20 mins walk).

FLAT
We live in a maisonette (spllt-level flat) in a block of flats. Our flat is on the third and fourth floors (no lift). It comes with a nicely arranged living room and a separate kitchen.

ROOM
The room is a cosy double bedroom. It is furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, spacious chest of drawers and desk. It has a large west-facing window so on sunny days it is filled with light in the afternoon and evening.
