There's plenty of buses right on the doorstep and it's also a 5 minute walk to Canonbury Station and 10 minutes to Kingsland Road.

The rent is £675 a month plus bills of approx. £100 (incl. council tax), a bargain for the location and size of the room.

You will be living me, Tom. I'm originally from Australia and have lived in London for a couple of years, in this flat for nearly a year. I work as a consultant at an education technology company and outside of work (in normal times), I'm usually out for a meal/drink, checking out a gig, playing a bit of basketball or away for a long weekend.

The move-in date is flexible and I'm happy to work out the safest way for you to get a good sense of the flat. I can send a video, give you a virtual tour, etc. if that's your preference.
