Light double room in Newington Green

NOTE: Please only apply if you can pay rent from April 2 non-negotiable. Males aged 26-32 only, and full time employees sorry!

We’re looking to fill one of our four rooms in our terraced house in Stoke Newington, just off Newington Green/ Green Lanes/ Clissold Park. The house has a downstairs reception room (with a TV), awesome kitchen/diner with access to the garden, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

About us... we’re three young professionals who work in the creative, tech and charitable sectors. We like to hang out and have a few beers or tea and share a weekly meal if we're all around - we're big foodies! We're social but keep it pretty quiet during the week. This is very much our home, and we like to keep it nice and clean for each other so we can make the most of this beautiful space. We're very eco-minded so please consider that if applying :)

Tell us a bit about you!

The room is available from 2nd April and that is when we would need someone to start paying rent from. Room has drawers, cupboard, and bed. References are required with our landlord so we would ideally want someone with 3 years address history in the UK to make that as smooth as possible!

Inspections will happen with exiting housemate and then if you're / we're keen, we'll organise a catch up with all of us.

PS it’s a 2 min walk to Newington Green with loads of great bus links and a 10 min walk to Canonbury Overground.
