Bright, Spacious Flat in Newington Green (Dalston)

I've been living in this flat for the past four years and absolutely love both the space and the neighbourhood. My current flatmate has just bought her own place and (sadly for me) will be moving out at the end of November. So, I’m on the lookout for someone new to share this lovely flat.

The flat is fully furnished, including the available bedroom. There is a spacious living room and a large, well-equipped kitchen, perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking or relaxing at home.

Transport links are fantastic! Both Dalston Junction and Canonbury stations are just a 10-minute walk away, and it's super easy to get to central London with buses running from Newington Green or the tube from Highbury & Islington.

Bills are not included and come to about £170 per month each (depending on the time of year). We also have a cleaner who comes every two weeks at a cost of £30 per visit (£15 each).

Ideally, I’d like someone to move and stay until mid-to-late July, though I’m also open to a year-long contract if that works better for you.

The contract will be done directly with the landlord. The deposit required (protected by mydeposits) is £1,096.15 and there will be a one off fee of about £20 to do your referencing and credit check.

About me:

I work full-time, Monday to Friday, and during my time off, I’m quite active—I love swimming, cycling, and running. I also enjoy traveling, dancing, and catching live music gigs whenever I can.

What I'm looking for:

I’m hoping to find a flatmate who is respectful, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces. Someone who is reliable with things like cleaning and bills. While I value privacy, I’d love to live with someone who’s up for a friendly chat or a casual evening in and is not a stranger.
