Kate is moving on and Malcolm is taking the back room. Which means for just £900 month you can take over this beautiful 'compact' mostly furnished double room, bathed in morning sunlight and woken by gentle shrieks of children playing in the park below your window.

My name is Nick, I am the owner of the house and when I'm not trying to write a house-advert I'm a photographer/ teacher and travel a bit for work. I'm a Londoner. My housemate Malcolm is French and runs a bar/ venue in Dalston. We are easy going and friendly, artsy, left leaning (It's Hackney come on..)

The house has a garden and big spacious kitchen diner, two bathrooms, is airy and uncluttered with a newish kitchen and decent appliances. We are 'mainly veggie/ pescatarian/ meat occasionally.

I'm looking for a professional person or full time student, who's reliable and good with sharing and looking after a property. If you know your way around a gas hob, are tidy and good at closing the front door, then you're a contender. If you have sufficient funds and can demonstrate this, well that's even better. If you've ever been called "a safe pair of hands" write in now!

All bills/ utilities are included, the only extra is a cleaner which is currently working out to £48 or £72 per month each (depending on who's home) So the total rent is never more than £972 and often £948. Length is open ended, can guarantee 6 months, likely more..
