Amazing bright & Spacious double room

Bright and spacious double bedroom available in this gorgeous house near Newington Green.

Situated on the last floor, it has a beautiful view of the big back garden (and treehouse!)

The house hosts 4 other adorable housemates: Sam & Sophie (who will share the upstairs bathroom with you), Amit, and Liam, who both live on the floor below and share the bathroom downstairs.

The communal parts of the house are spacious and cosy.

The neighborhood is perfect, very calm and half way between busy Dalston if you fancy some night life, and Newington Green for quite weekend walks, brunch and cosy pubs.

I am super sad to leave what has been my home since I moved in London in May 2019. I would not leave if it was not for Covid and me spending most of my time in France.

I have no deadline for leaving so will be looking at finding the right person to complete the gang, ideally around mid Feb, though 😊

The rent is 817 per month + charges

The room comes unfurnished, however I will be looking to sell (very small price) the bed and mattress, the dresser and the desk to the next person 😊


There’s also another room free on the same floor (Sam & Sophie are looking to move to south London) that is bigger and great for couples, don’t hesitate to message if you’re interested!
