Great double in Newington Green

Looking for one more laid back house mate, clean 🧼 kind and friendly, for this great 3-bed house, to replace our housemate who is moving in with her partner.

Really just looking for someone with good vibes so we have a relaxing space to live in ☁️ Creative interests are a bonus!

The house is furnished and really nice. It’s airy and light with white floorboards and skylights throughout the house, and it’s spacious. We keep it clutter free and have a cleaner twice a month as well to keep it on point! We then just keep it tidy and do normal day to day cleaning after ourselves.

The bedroom is a small double. Rent is £750 pcm, - bills are around £100 depending on the season.

The room does come unfurnished, and does fit a small double bed really well.

Not a wild party house but we are social and have people over for dinner and occasional parties BBQs etc. We want to keep the house in good condition and have a great relationship with our neighbours and landlord so very keen to keep it this way. There are lots of families in the street with kids and a friendly community vibe.

Close to Newington Green/Canonbury on one side and Dalston the other. Lots of supermarkets nearby: Tesco Sainsbury’s m&s co-op and now Aldi, and great little homeware shops and bakeries for all your needs. The famous Jolene bakery is a 5min walk away, N1 garden centre 15mins 🪴 and lots of bars and restaurants.

We are close to Dalston junction, Dalston Kingsland and Canonbury overground stations, walking distance to Highbury fields and Highbury and Islington, and lovely bits of Hackney, clissold park, butterfield green etc. Lots of buses about and it’s a short cycle to London fields, the canal alongside Haggerston, and Victoria park.

Lovely big sunny garden where you can plant what you like. So if you’re into gardening this is another plus!

The nitty gritty bit- the earliest move in date would be early February, date to be determined - please apply if your dates are flexible- we will be able to confirm the exact date soon.
