Bright double room available in Dalston!

We're looking for friendly person to join us in our bright, cosy, LGBTQ+ friendly flat in Dalston / Newington Green!

The room comes furnished with a double bed, clothes rail and dresser. We also have a spacious living room and balcony.

The flat is in a really great location - located a 5 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland and 10 mins from Canonbury & Stoke Newington.
There are plenty of bus stops which take you to Kings Cross, Euston & Central London. The Overground takes you to all parts of London. Or you can very easily get to the tubes via Islington or Kings Cross.
There's loads of nice cafés, parks and restaurants (whenever they open) nearby so you can always change up the scenery.

You'll be sharing with:
Josh, 26, working in Music and cooking/sleeping my way through this pandemic.
And Sam, 29, working in Building Security and collecting different bottles of flavoured gin.
When we're not doing our own thing, we enjoy watching TV, having a flat dinner/drinks, and debating on real issues like if Khloe Kardashian has a different father to the rest of her siblings. Hopefully we can get some crisp pints this year too.

We're very clean, courteous and respecting of everyone's space so we'd ideally like someone who is on the same wavelength.
It's a pretty chilled set up and we're just trying to make the best out of the weird current situation, mostly by having a good few drinks on the weekend!

The room is available to move into now, but there's flexibility to move in later if needed x
