Sadly, I am moving out of the most beautiful house I have ever lived in, but lucky for someone I am looking for a replacement to take over my part of the joint tenancy.

The room is available from the 1st March.
One Very large double en-suite room available with own private outside terrace in three bed modern detached house.

Your room is located on the ground floor and has a whole wall of window out onto the terrace so room gets flooded with natural light during the day. It comes partially furnished with a bed and matress. There is a built in wardrobe with rail and shelves and there is also a spare sofa which can be moved in, if wanted, and plenty of space for a desk.

The room isn’t technically en suite but is next to the main bathroom and the other two rooms have en suites, so you get sole use of the main bathroom apart from the odd house guest, but there hasn’t been many of them for a while. Your bathroom has a separate bath and shower with really good pressure.
There is underfloor heating throughout the house. There is also washer, dryer and dishwasher in the kitchen.

Each room has its own private outside space as well as the main terrace next to the really big living room.

The house is located really close to Kingsland road, and even closer to Newington Green where there are great cafes and restaurants. Its a couple minutes walk to Debeauvoir or to Stoke Newington Church Street.

You’ll be living with Nick and Liam, both late 20’s/ early 30’s Nick is a designer and Liam is a Journalist. Both gay males so must be lgbt friendly.
