Huge Bright Room Available

Hey everyone

I have a decent sized double room available for the 1st of Feb in a gorgeous location that is close to shops, bars and only 15 mins walk to clissold park.

The room

2nd floor double with acces to the balcony, floor to ceiling windows. Faces the backyard so it's very quiet. Has its own shower next door. Room comes semi furnished with bed and drawers (optional to have them taken away).

The house
The house is a stunning super bright open concept building with three showers and two toilets. Floor to ceiling windows bring in so much light, but never gets too hot as it's on the opposite side of the sun. The kitchen as you can see is a very good size.
It also comes with a balcony on top that gets great light in the summer, and a little garden patio down the bottom (which will be cleaned up soon too) below. Below us is a basement suit with two great tenants who have never bothered us.

The people
I'm full time photographer, so I'm either editing in my room or out on location shooting. When I'm not editing, I like to either do my own thing with my own group of friends, or I like to socialise with the housemates every now and then be it a beer or wine, trash tv or even a game.

Charlie is the other roomate who is a super easy guy to get along with, enjoys a drink and meal together, and the occasional pub trip with roomies. He is a competitive swimmer, and a videographer so is either on set, working in the office or working in his bedroom. Same as me he has his own group of friends but likes to socialise with roomates everynow and then.

You
looking for someone who wants to make this a home, not just a place to eat and sleep. While this isn't a party house, we have no problem with people coming over and socialising with a few drinks and great music.

Rent is 750 a month and bills come to about 100 a month.
