Spacious room, very spacious clean house, lovely house mates, great area, and a great price!

You'll be living with Michelle and Amy, a lovely Irish and Kiwi, respectively, both in their 30s. This is a house where the right person is important, because we tend to hang out in the evening after work.

The ideal new flatmate is someone friendly and considerate who's looking to share a calm and clean space. We have been in the flat for several years now and view it as a home, not just a flatshare. For this reason they are looking for someone who can commit to at least 6 months but preferably a year.

The room is a decent size double, and comes with a double bed, drawers, a wardrobe, and shelves. It gets wonderful afternoon sun, and is light and roomy.

The house is fully stocked and furnished. Full, large kitchen, large fridge, large freezer, with great communal spices, oils etc.

The lounge is massive, with two big comfy couches, and two big windows looking out over Green Lanes.

The bathroom is modern and tidy, has good water pressure etc. (Full size washing machine in the kitchen area.)

There is space in the hall for a bike.

Rent: £650 per month. Expenses are about £90 per month (on top the £650 rent), which covers everything (council tax, superfast internet, heating etc).

We rent from an independent landlord who is very professional and responsive. There is a small one off fee to cover the cost of the reference check (approx £55). Your deposit will be placed in a deposit protection scheme.

Newington Green is a lovely neighbourhood with good pubs and indy cafes. We are a short walk from Stoke Newington Church Street (quirky fact - the longest street street name in London), which offers even more choice.
