Hello we are looking for a guy to share our chilled home with. Ideally we are looking for a relaxed self-contained independent individual, sociable & who likes a laugh, maybe a professional but thats not set in stone. Rent £800per month. I may be a live in londlord but we are looking for a house mate someone to share & enjoy the house with but also respects & looks after it……

At the moment there are 2 of us here but this is a house share for 3. Im(Gerard) here full time & my housemate Simone is here part-time.

It’s a mid terrace house, modern, warm & uncluttered. There's a great kitchen/diner with a table that seats 10 so great for a dinner party, a seperate sitting room & rear garden with a deck & garden furniture .The room available is a large & bright double room with a kingsize bed, a big wardrobe & desk. Fibre broadband is installed....

Green conscious household here, so we would appreciate if our new housemate would contribute(or better still, improve) our efforts & regime!🌎🌎

The house is situated 3mins from Newington Green which has many excellent restaurants coffee shops & convenience stores.
It’s a 5-7 mins walk to Dalston which is one of Londons trendiest night spots!! Here also u will find all the high street stores, banks etc u may need. No smoking indoors!
