Hello potential housemates!

We're Cati (32) Lucy (32) & Alex (30) sharing a beautiful three storey Victorian house in a great part of North East London, close to Clissold park and Finsbury Park, with Stokey, Dalston, Highbury and Angel all in close proximity.

We have two double rooms available!

1) SHORT SUBLET!!! While I go away for work in Spain
avail 7/Sept-30/Oct
A huuuuuge double bedroom:
-£850 pm plus bills
- built in wardrobe, and a nice little fire place too.
-fully furnished

2) A lovely quiet double bedroom on the top floor:
available long term from the 1st October
-£810 pm plus bills
- there may be a few items of furniture sticking around for this... TBC

As a household we're relaxed, mindful, creative and sociable, cooking and eating together and having the odd laugh in the kitchen.

We are an eco conscious house so if you can't separate recycling, and don't use refills, please don't bother messaging... xx

Our house is over 4 floors and has masses of space!

-Double living and dining room/office ! (fibre optic WiFi)
-Big galley kitchen with loads of storage and dishwasher
- kitchen backs into a conservatory with dining area
-cellar for storage and laundry (Washing machine, tumble dryer)
-outdoor space for barbecues and general sun trap activities;

-You'll be sharing a bath, toilet and shower room with only one other housemate
(one bathroom on each floor, so 2 housemates per bathroom)

Good transport links with Canonbury Station nearby (10-15 min's on foot) and buses in every direction you'll need. Incredible selection of bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby.

There are several great fruit and veg' shops five minutes walk away, also a small Tesco at the end of the road.

If you have a vehicle, there's permitted street parking, so you'll need a Hackney Borough Council parking permit for this.

All bills are £120pcm (including a fortnightly cleaner and who gives a crap toilet paper, eco only cleaning products please). We each pay into a joint house account monthly.
