Vauxhall Double Room 4-bed, Roof Terrace & Garden

Currently looking for someone to fill my room for 3 months in Vauxhall in South London.

The Room & Location
Double Room fully furnished available in a great location equal distance from Vauxhall and Stockwell stations, 15 minutes' walk from the River Thames. Room available for 3 months (March to end of May). The room has wooden flooring which is consistent throughout the house, and is located on the top floor.

The House
The house is 4 beds with three other 27 year old men, who are all working professionals. General interests include sport, mainly football, as well as partying at the weekends. The size of the house is incredible given the location, with views of Vauxhall from the roof terrace as well as a garden with rattan garden furniture and a dart board. Friendly neighbours. This room is perfect if you're looking for a short 3 month stay if you're moving to London from further afield, but will equally provide a perfect fit for someone who is already established in the city. Kitchen area is open with a dishwasher and washing machine, situated at the back of the house. 2 bathrooms, one on each floor, with 2 toilets, 2 showers and 1 bath.

The Rent
One month's rent is £750, Council tax £50 internet £8 + utility bills split four ways. Cleaner once a week for £7.50. No agency or contract fees. First months rent needed to secure the room.

The Housemates
As mentioned, they're three working 27 year olds who enjoy socialising as opposed to sitting in their rooms .They all know each through various social circles and have a fairly large group of friends who all live in South London. Weekends usually consist of at least one night of alcohol consumption, occasionally 2.

This is perfect if you're looking for a hassle-free arrangement.
