The building is an-award winning ex primary school so very unusual architecture , big windows, lots of light, indoor plants. Many of the rooms are like mine and have doors leading outside to little terrace like spaces for your morning coffee.
Grandploy Guardianship company as a landlord is very easy and my flatmates are all friendly and chilled. Like all Guardianships the building will get redeveloped at some point but this one’s been going for at least 5 years because of its architectural status !
The only reason I’m giving up this absolute gem of a place is to be closer to uni for my final year. :)
