Brand New Apartment DBL Room with Private Bathroom

I have just taken the lease on a brand new 2 bedroom apartment in Nine Elms Point, a 5 minute walk from Vauxhall station. The apartment is on the 7th floor with great views of the London skyline from the modest balcony.

The double room is large and bright and the main bathroom would be for the occupants sole use. The property is partly furnished with a brand new bed and mattress so there is the option of you to add your own style to the room. The modern kitchen is fitted with top of the range appliances including a wine fridge.

Within the building you will have access to a large gym over two floors, private cinema room, residents lounge, business suite and private dining room.

I'm looking for a similar, friendly, chilled out professional who is social but not a party animal to come and join me in this beautiful apartment. You will also be sharing (every second week) with my sidekick, a 5 year old Cavapoo called Milo who is very sweet and friendly and most importantly doesn't shed any hair (so fine for people with dog allergies).

A bit about me. I'm originally from the North of England but have been in London for almost 18 years, a 35 year, clean and tidy non smoker who enjoys dinners out with friends and quiet nights in with a good film. I also enjoy cooking, reading and socialising but most of my party days are behind me. I work from home running my own travel business but this often involves me working from a local coffee shop.

The flat is furnished although there is flexibility to add your own things. As I work from home I can be very flexible with times for viewings.
