I am renting out a lovely room in my flat in Nine Elms, SW8, Zone 2.

A large, double room with (huge) private balcony, and plenty of natural light, in a lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom maisonette flat. The room is available furnished, and can be rented from 4th Oct onwards. Looking for a long-term tenant. £650 per month, plus £65 per month bills.

The current tenants are myself (F, 33) and two others, (M & F, late 20s/mid 30s). We are a friendly household, but very much respect each other's privacy. I only live in the flat part time, and the current two tenants are a couple who will be moving out in December. I am looking for someone who really wants to make this flat their home. I have loved living here since 2015, and want my home to feel that way for someone else. There is one further room which will also be rented out soon, so lots of new energy in the flat!
