We have a lovely room available in our flat from the start of August! At £750 all in its an absolute bargain. Please read the ad and message us to book a viewing. We are ideally looking for someone who is LGBTQ+ or identifies as female/non-binary.

The Flat
The flat is very homely, all the bedrooms are large doubles and we have a big shared lounge with a super comfy sofa - complete with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and a TV licence!

The flat is one of 3 in our block, all our neighbours are lovely and also young professionals. The three flats share a roof terrace which is a life-saver in the summer.

The Bedroom
The Bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe and book shelves, it's lovely and light all year round.

The Area
We're 1-minute walk from the new Nine Elms tube station and a MASSIVE Sainsbury's and halfway between Vauxhall and Stockwell - about a ten minute walk to each - and surrounded by busses, honestly they're everywhere. There are a few nice pubs and coffee shops about, and there's an easy cut-through to get to the new Battersea Powerplant development. Clapham and Brixton are both super easy to get to for those wilder nights.

Transport
Easy access to the Victoria line and Northern lines from Nine Elms, Vauxhall and Stockwell, plenty of night buses and, crucially, all stations are on night tube lines. Generally, most places I want to go to in London are less than 30 mins away.

Us
You would be living with Matt (he/him, 32, works in TV and loves swimming, tennis and running) and James (they/them, 26…)

We like sports, gym, local pubs, nights out, nights in, watching films, TV, new friends and can usually be found in the kitchen having a natter.

You
We both have busy social lives but still love a chinwag when we get back from work so would ideally like someone sociable and easy going who has their own social life but will happily come for drinks and brunch with us and come hang out when we have friends over.

We're looking for preferably a girl, gay guy, non-binary person or member of the LGBTQ+ community. No Couples (sorry).
