I am moving out on february 1st and currently looking for someone to replace me in the amazing luxurious 2-bedroom flat.

The bedroom : it is a double bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Everything is super new, modern and fully furnished!!!

The flat : it is a modern luxurious flat on the 5th floor with a beautiful balcony to chill on. The kitchen is great for people who likes cooking. There is everything you need : dishwasher, microwave, oven, wine cooler, lots of storage, all ustensiles to cook. The living room is very spacious too and we have lots of storage. There is a private car park and you can put your bike in a secured space. On the 4th floor, you will have access to a private garden of 1 acre, perfect for some fresh air during this national lockdown.

The location : The flat is located in Vauxhall area, 10min from the station and just beside the new underground station "nine elms" planned to open this year.

You will be sharing with 1 other woman who works as a free lancer and is French.

The bills are not included within the rent (roughly £140 per month) and your tenancy is 6 months minimum.

Your background will be checked so ensure you have a guarantor.
