1 double bed in 5 Bed, Nine Elms

Sarah, Sam, Joe and I represent four semi-functioning humans living in a 5 bed in Nine Elms/Battersea. Our fifth housemate has moved onto pastures new and we are looking for a new comrade.

Not so fun facts:

- Move in date is June 30th
- Room is £575 per month, excluding bills (bills come to about £100 per month)
- £692 deposit
- The room is a downstairs double, with a triple wardrobe, drawers and desk
- The house comes with a kitchen/dining space, two bathrooms, large garden, as well as the usual amenities (dishwasher and Top Trumps included!)
- 10 minute walk from both the Northern line, Victoria line and Overground
- No issues with WFH, but unfortunately no room to set up shop in communal spaces

Fun facts:

We're ordinary folks at heart, LGBTQ friendly, we keep a tidy ship, converse on subjects we know nothing about and like a bit of a party etc etc. We’d like a yes (wo)man (between 25-29) as the final piece of the puzzle. We like the idea of pooling our friendship groups to keep things interesting. Weekdays would be more chill, cooking together or pub vibe. Then weekends are nights out, pres/posts at ours and the occasional house party.

Willy - 28, standard corp job, wannabe alpha but will settle for a lot less.

Sarah - 27, attempting to tame those curls and the smell of incense by managing a therapy service and mentoring.

Sam - 27, English tutor/writing postgrad at Central, does his best work in colourful dungarees.

Emily - 28, TV writer, general vibe is Winnie the Pooh played by Michael Cera.
