The available room is a spacious double with exclusive use of the larger bathroom, featuring a bathtub. The flat is modern, bright, and well-located with excellent transport links and the living room is very spacious with space for work set up and extra wardrobes for clothes.

A little about me: I’m a 29-year-old professional, clean, tidy, respectful, vegetarian, and non-smoker. I work long hours and follow a hybrid schedule (3–4 days in the office). I’m looking for someone similar—considerate, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. This is a calm, relaxed home rather than a party flat.
