2 Double rooms in friendly house in Turnpike Lane

Hello!

We are Esther and Becky and, very sadly two of our housemates are moving out (one is buying a boat - weekend trips anyone? and one's moving in with his girlfriend). This means we're looking for 2 new people to move into our cosy, homely house in Turnpike Lane (5 mins to the tube - 20/30 mins into central).

The rooms are both good sized doubles - though one is bigger than the other. Both are fully furnished with double beds, Wardrobes, Desk/chairs and a chest of drawers (little drawers in one, big in the other). We currently all pay 500 PCM each (excluding bills, which come to about £50-70ish per month). We have a cosy little living room and a garden, movie nights are frequent and the occasional flat dinner - though we do spend a lot of time in the pub together.

The location is great, loads of amenities (including Primark, H&M, Lidl, Wilkos, Savers, a cinema, big Sainsbury's, big Morrisons all within 5 mins walk). There are also not one but two Wetherspoons close by which sell £2 pints - what's not to like? 15 mins walk to the gorgeous views of Ally Pally which is good for any runners.

About us:

We met at uni, both went to Kings College, where we got involved in LGBT+ activism as well as the Labour party/lefty politics. We love to chat about socialism, go on wholesome days out and spend copious amounts of time in the pub...

We are looking for sociable flatmates who would be willing to join in on any/all of these activities.

I am a part-time student and Becky works full-time for a University.
