Lovely and spacious house with large open plan kitchen/dining area in a christian houseshare, shared lounge and toilet on the ground floor. A beautiful garden is a real treat! This is an ideal place for professionals looking for a peaceful, homely base to chill and relax after work.

The two adverised double bedrooms are located on the first floor and share one bathroom. Both bedrooms have already good storage and probably won't accommodate many additional furnitures. All bills included! 

The third ensuit bedroom is occupied by me and located on the second floor. 

The house is located 12 minutes walk away from the nearest rail station- Norbury; which has direct trains to both London Bridge (30min journey) and London Victoria (22min journey) stations. Trains to London Bridge operate at a frequency of every 30mins and London Victoria every 10-20mins. The nearest tube stations are Brixton (25min bus ride) and Balham (8min train ride). There is free on street parking on the road and the house has parking space for 2 cars.

I am due to move in at the end of November. I am friendly, clean and respectful of others. I enjoy social and alone time equally and this house is perfectly suited for both. I have a pretty busy life style, juggling between my music therapy and healthcare jobs while trying to fit in some fun and fitness in between. I would like to treat this house as my home and I would like you to feel at home too.
