We are looking for a flatmate to share a lovely, spacious, bright flat very close to Norbury Station.

Located 5 minutes from Norbury station.

Near Streatham, Croydon, Brixton, Clapham, and 20 mins to Victoria and Central London.

Norbury offers a mix of independent shops, big-brand shopping, as well as cafes and bars, and a Nuffield gym. Norbury Park is 5 min away, offering green spaces for walks or weekend exercise.

Double spacious bedroom in a two double bedroom flat, the room is furnished with a double bed, desk, and chair, chest of drawers, two side tables & wardrobe.

We have a lovely but small kitchen with all amenities and a bathroom (with a bath/shower).

Rent is £700 per month and bills are included.
We have a cleaner every two weeks (Tuesdays), and she cleans the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and stairs).

Looking for a professional, well-kept, tidy, respectful person who wants to make the flat home and, of course, who enjoys their own time but also likes to hang out with their flatmates.
