Double room in flat with a private garden

A friendly and environmental household with a cat, a dog and a garden. I am looking for a considerate, clean and animal loving flatmate.

The room is available now. Happy to reduce some rent in exchange of some help with my animals.

Female flatmate preferred, but a clean male is welcome. LGBT+ friendly. Vegetarian/vegan welcome, too.

The flat is 5-7mins walk to North Acton station (Zone2, Central Line), 15mins to Park Royal (Piccadilly Line) and 10mins to Acton Mainline Station (railway, soon-to-be Crossrail stop). Quick to get to Central London e. g. 20mins to Oxford Circus, 5 mins to Paddington (from mainline).

There are 3 supermarkets nearby and 5mins to a park/big green space.

The room on offer is a good size double room with garden view and also the quietest room.

The room comes with a wardrobe, a desk, a mirror and a chest of drawers.

The white goods and boiler are new and there is fibre (fast) broadband.

I am a working professional and fairly easy going - happy to socialise and hang out but would also respect one's individual space. This is not a party household.
