Lovely room in a spacious 3 bedroom flat

Large kitchen/dining and living room - the heart of the home!

My two lovely flatmates are moving in with their respective partners so I am searching for two people to replace them (the other room for rent will be put up soon).

The room and flat
• This bedroom is one of three in a lovely, spacious flat with large shared spaces (living room with couch and TV, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table) and a lovely garden (which has been a blessing during lockdown!). This is a ground floor flat with garden and only one flat above, so it really feels like living in a house!
• The bedroom is a good size and WFH friendly as it's big enough to fit in a desk comfortably. It comes furnished with the double bed and wardrobe (you might be able to keep some of the other furniture, TBC). There's additional storage space under the stairs for your suitcases, etc.
• You will share the big bathroom (spacious shower!) with only one other flatmate, since the 3rd bedroom has an ensuite.
• There is also space to park one car in our driveway without extra charge.
• Bills are approx. £100 per month (making the total £750)

Location
- 8 min walk to North Acton station (Central Line, zone 2/3, night tube)
- 6 min walk to Acton Main Line (zone 3, trains to Paddington)
- 15 min walk to Park Royal (Piccadilly Line, zone 3, night tube)
- Huge 24/7 Asda superstore 15 min walk from the apartment, as well as a Tesco Express and Sainsbury's Local just next to North Acton station
- This is a quiet residential area, with playing fields, a gym, a convenience store, a few take away restaurants and a pharmacy all very near
- Acton town is a 20 mins walk away with more cafes, restaurants and shops

What I'm searching for
• I've been living in this flat for 2.5 years and my departing flatmates for 4, so this place has really been a cozy and welcoming home for us.
• I am searching for flatmates who will also treat this apartment as their home - taking good care of it and looking to be social with their flatmates :)
• If you're looking for a cozy home, where you'll be able to hang out with your flatmates (watching Netflix, sharing a bottle of wine, cooking together...), without pressure to be social 24/7, this might be the right place for you :)
• I like to keep this place very clean and tidy, so please know that this is important to me. If you leave your dishes soaking for days, never take the bins out and don't contribute to chores, this is not the place for you.

Hi! My name's Lauriane, I'm a 26 year old French events professional. I've been living in flat shares for 8+ years now, so I think I'm pretty good with the flat sharing etiquette! In the house, you'll usually find me hosting webinars from my bedroom (at least until in-person events are a thing again!), cooking/baking in the kitchen or watching TV in the living room (potentially with a drink in hand)...
