Bright spacious room on lovely cul de sac

Hi there,
this is my first time having a lodger, this room has been newly decorated and is spacious, airy and looks over the garden you also have a view all the way up to the Shard.

I work shift patterns as I'm a deputy manager of a care home so I'm mostly at work, when I'm in I do like my own space but would be to happy to share the odd gin and tonic.

You have use of the garden; use of the sitting room when I'm not around and full use of the kitchen.

At present there is one shared bathroom downstairs but the house is going through renovation work and an upstairs bathroom is going to be fitted shortly, you will then have your own bathroom downstairs.

Transport wise, we are on the central line various buses and within a twenty minute walk to overground. We've also got a park just across the road and local shops.

It's a really friendly road, can't wait to introduce you to everyone at our summer Street party.

As you could see your room has a single bed and a built-in wardrobe. Within reason I'm open to supplying other items of furniture.
