5 night a week lodger wanted for fully furnished double room. I can offer a calm clean comfortable & friendly home from sun night - Fri am. (£730 pcm all incl). Zone 2. Female preferred.

The room has double glazing, central heating, a very comfortable good quality kingsize bed with memory foam and pocket sprung mattress; English antique furniture; huge built in wardrobe; large chest of drawers, desk, “Hollywood” light up mirror. Free wi fi. Shared areas incl living room, kitchen, sunny garden, seating, pond, spa. Secure shelter for bike. Driveway for moped/motorbike, possibly car depending on size.
Share bathroom with one other (me), a step away from your bedroom.
Convenient location, 15 min walk/4 min bus ride to Kings College Hospital. Zone 2, in the ‘North Dulwich Triangle’: 5 minutes walk to North Dulwich Station (London Bridge) and 15 minutes walk to Herne Hill (Brixton/Victoria) and Thameslink direct (City). The P4 (to Brixton) 42 (The City/Liverpool St) and 37 bus stops are all a two min walk; Denmark Hill Rail is about 15 min
The house is a pretty Edwardian 3 bed, 2 bath semi. I have a very friendly elderly Border Terrier, so you will need to like dogs.

In the rest of the house there is a new eat-in kitchen: range cooker, dishwasher, w/machine/tumbler & all usual mod cons. There is also a dining room part of the large double aspect sitting room, which has an open fire. Free WiFi, Smart TVs, incl Amazon Prime, Netflix, Apple TV, Now TV.
Price is all inc of bills, cleaning products, loo rolls etc and professional regular cleaner. I can supply all bedlinnen and towels too if required incl in price.

Cul-de-sac location makes this home very quiet & peaceful, yet proximity to Kings College Hospital, Dulwich Village, East Dulwich, Herne Hill, Brixton, Camberwell, Denmark Hill & surrounding parks, shops, bars and restaurants, make it easy to get to the action (walking distance) when you want.

This is a relaxing home offered to a responsible, sensible, quiet, friendly, clean & tidy woman who keeps regular hours working outside the home, either as a working professional/ft student.
I might be able to be Flexible on length of stay and possibly number of days per week - £ will be adjusted.
