The room is priced at £630pcm excluding bills of £100pcm, so every month you’ll be paying a total of £730pcm including the bills.

We have a cosy single room up for grabs. The room is located on the first floor. It comes with a cozy faux leather single bed (with ottoman storage underneath), a wide 1.2m white Trysil Ikea wardrobe that has both hanging space, shelves and drawer space, and a chest of 4 drawers which can be removed from the room if you'd like to bring your own desk. The room has a bright window that lets in the afternoon sun.

The house has amazingly big rooms, two gorgeous bathrooms, a good sized lounge that also incorporates an awesomely large dining table and doors to the sunny garden and a spacious kitchen.
We have supplied 350Mbps business broadband from VirginMedia and made sure that there is superior wifi signal throughout the house by installing a second router in the 1st floor hall way so everyone can enjoy Netflix, YouTube or working at the same time which is crucial if people are working from home. We can also supply wired broadband to your room if required (there will be a labour charge for this).

North Ealing is a lovely area, it’s nice and friendly area, with a cute local pub and coffee shop a 5 minute walk away, Ealing Common is also nearby so you have some nice green space to go for walk in and there's also the benefit of living still within walking distance to Ealing Broadway which has more mainstream shops and restaurants.
